This private candle party offers a fun time spent hanging out with your besties, family, or coworkers, and making candles! Ages 10+

Whether you're blowing out candles on a birthday cake, hanging out with friends, toasting to an achievement, or looking for a team-building experience for your next corporate event, our private candle class sets the stage for an unforgettable experience. Get ready to make memories that'll shine as bright as your finished candles! 

We can accommodate in-home parties, booked venues, or corporate events! 

During this unique experience, Gloria will walk you through making a beautiful 8 oz. coconut soy candle with a wooden wick, in one of 3-4 different scents. 

The timings of the event are as follows:

FIRST HOUR(ish): Gloria will arrive at your venue within an hour of your desired start time, and set up for your class. 

SECOND HOUR: The class starts at your booking time. This portion will last approximately 1-1.5 hours. Gloria will introduce herself and explain a little about the ingredients used in your candle. You will then choose your fragrance, fill out your candle's label, and Gloria will pour your wax and bring it to you. She will then walk you through mixing your fragrance with your wax, ensuring your wick is straight, and help you pour your candle. Once that's complete, Gloria will set your creation aside for it to set. Please wait a minimum of 2 hours before transporting the candle so it is solid. 

THIRD HOUR(ish): Gloria will tear down, and you and your guests can continue the party!

THE FINE PRINT: Please include the following info under "Order Special Instructions" when checking out: Your name, phone number, and address. Your booking includes all of the materials needed during the class to make your candles. Food and drinks are NOT included. A solid surface must be provided for everyone to pour their candles (see pictures for examples of previous setups). Your event must be booked at least 1 week in advance. The booking is for 3 hours total, at a venue of your choice. We require approximately 30-45 minutes to set-up, 1-ish hours for the class, and 20-30 minutes to tear down. We require a table or island large enough to accommodate each guest sitting down or standing with a tray in front of them, as well as an area large enough to fit a wax melter the size of a crockpot. There is no experience necessary, but please note that the candles will need a minimum of 2 hours to set once they're poured, so please factor that into the timings of your event. Each booking is for 1 group of a minimum of 6 people and up to 12 people, ages 10+. Cancellations and refunds can be done until 1 week before the event.
